The focus at DREWSEN SPEZIALPAPIERE is on recyclable packaging for food and non-food items. The vision of the traditional Lachendorf-based company is to replace plastic with paper wherever it is reasonable and possible. In addition to the natural PFAS-free barrier solutions based on renewable raw materials, e.g. for greaseproof papers, highlights will also include the sustainable drinking straw qualities PROSTRAW and heat-sealable papers PROSEAL. To better understand the individual challenges of future customers and to jointly develop customised solutions, DREWSEN SPEZIALPAPIERE is investing in an in-house Competence Centre for sealable papers.
